Ingredients:

1/2 lb Shrimp (36/40)
1/2 Pineapple
1 can Mandarin Oranges
2 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
5 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 large Shallot (finely chopped)
1 Chilli (finely chopped)
juice from 1 Lemon
1/4 cup Brandy
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Orange Extract
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp Corn Starch

Disregard the broccolli, onion, and green onions in the picture.


Step 1:

Cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple. Shave the peel off, save a few disks for garnish and cut the remainder in half. Cut one half into tidbits.
