Ingredients:

Pork Chop (used 3 chops for this recipe)
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 medium sized egg beaten
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying


Step 1:

Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and dredge into flour.
